The picture that you are talking about is SmokinDakota's Gen III
Dak. It does not have a/c so Quick D's Durango intake will work. If you
do have a/c, the Durango intake wouldn't would because of the a/c lines.
I think what Bernd was referring to by Gen II was K&N's Gen II
intake ... a totally different set-up. K&N's Gen II will work on Dakota's
with or without a/c because the filter tube follows a different line.

Here is a E-Ram / K&N Gen II setup. You can see how the K&N goes
over the a/c lines.
