I agree with Jon. Stick with the TB first.

On a V6, the Hayden 16" is more than plenty. I've been running the Hayden
16" on my '97 V6 for close to a year now without any problems. (I was
charged about $80 for mine as well.)

Hayden model 3710 ~$110 (dumb ppl at poop gurls charged me $80 for it (-: )

Given the choice, I'd install the TB before the fans. Although you're going
to (IMO) pick up more mileage with the fan, you're going to pick up more
power from the TB...
