Don't they still use the 9007 headlight bulbs on the 2000 Daks?

I have some nice "Eagleite" brand 100w bulbs that produce a nice blue shade.
Question: They are 100w bulbs yet they don't seem to produce any more light
than the stock ones, is it just me or is something not letting them live up
to their potential? (resistor or something?) Reply to Steve: I've been on
the lookout for matching fog lamps, I agree it doesn't look cool when you
have blu-ish headlights and yellow fog lights. There is a company that by
my house here in San Diego that specializes in those special colored bulbs.
Last time I went in they didn't have anything for my 2000 Dak, because I
told them that the replacement bulb number for my fog lamps was 899. This
is what it said in my owner's manual. I have since discovered that it is
actually part number 893 (anyone correct me if I'm wrong). I plan to go back
to this guy with the correct part number tomorrow. I'll keep everybody
posted on what happens.

P.S. I hate driving without my fog lamps, but the contrast in colors is too
uncool for me. Wish me luck.
