I know what you can use to prevent bugs n tar from sticking :) Pam cooking
spray =)

Used to get Luv Bugs in Florida ALL over my car and they STICK (don't ask
why they are called luv bugs) so I would spray PAM on the car after I
cleaned it and "voila" they come right off ;)
