I'm not sure about the knock sensor being there, but the
timing in MAP systems is based on a table that plots
RPM & MAP.. The principle is the same for MAP systems
from Mopar & GM. I believe CC makes more extensive use
of block learn cells to tickle the mixture & timing. Just a guess though.
Write me off list if you want examples of typical fuel or spark tables
