posi will prevent you from peeling out around corners or at least limit the
power to the wheel with less traction, thats the whole idea, posi is not a
locker by any means and should not throw you sideways unless you are on the
gas and on ice or something and acts more like an open diff than a locker
although the traction provided by posi is awesome compared to open diff, you
can look for a factory unit (suregrip) or you can go aftermarket such as
auburn which i believe is a bit better in limiting slip, many mild 4whelers/
off-roaders use them, as for comin on only in 4wd you cant do that with posi,
only a locker of some sort such as an ARB which operates by an air compressor
or tank. hope this is what you are looking for.
