I bolted mine upright to the floor behind the driver's seat I have a club
cab also, but I have a Bandpass woofer box in the backseat that pretty much
doesn't allow anybody room to sit back there (which is how I like it).
Pros: (1)Easily accessible, even from the driver's seat. Allowing full
motion of the driver's seat (recline and slide).
(2)Bolted to a very steady surface.
(3)Wiring easily run under door sill molding.
Cons: (1) Easily visible (unless seat is reclined or you get some matching
carpet and fashion a dust cover).
(2) Rear passengers, if any, can easily kick it if not careful.
