You betcha!
The paint began to peel on My 97 4X about a year ago. At that time It was
under warranty and they fixed it without question. My dealer re-painted it
and thyey actually did a pretty good job. At least it hasn't started to
peel again. I'd get to the dealer right away as you r warranty (36 mo) may
be out of date soon. They may fix it anyway but why risk it.
