depends.. I've had some shops tell me they won't touch it, and others
want to charge me $100 just to swap the cats.. here's what I did: I
couldn't find a shop to do the work, so I made my cat defective. Grabbed
a crowbar, aimed... wel... the rest is history. If the cat is defective
or "broken" (ie- hit with a crowbar) then they have to replace it...
