I've seen GM's and Ferd's running 70+mm....but I haven't seen any 52mm+ TB's
for the Dodge's with the exception of the 4BBL TB.

Remember, they've got Mass Air systems....not Speed density (Ford).

This is what I was referring too months ago. Nothing against Tony for such
a fine job, but for the money, am I getting the most bang for the buck? I
have not seen a TB for the 4.7L and the MM size for the air/fuel flow. But
I would want a total of 70 MM plus for sucking of a 'windstorm' down the
throat of my TB.

I had read to many other vehicles with fuel injection system requiring about
70MM plus for fuel/air delivery in the 360-380HP range. But the concept of
cleaning up the TB is well worth the time, as long it is not expensive.

The bores on mine are just going to be cleaned up and opened up slightly,
nothing radical. I spoke with Tony, as he said the 'old-style' TBs get the
same work done to them as the new style TBs. This basically means : "All
throttle bodies have their air horns removed. The top and bottom surface are
milled flat. Depending on which throttle body is chosen, the bores are
either opened up to desired size or bored out just enough to clean up the
casting to insure clean air flow. They all receive brand new custom made
stainless steel shafts and brand new custom made brass blades. Throttle Body
kits include a new gasket, button head bolts, and the new longer S bolt. If
you currently are using a S bolt, it will be too short since the top of the
TB is milled flush."
