Well lets see --
The tires (Goodyear wranglers?) would be about $400 to $500 new [on the rim and out the door ;)]
So that leaves $700 to $800 for the rims which is about $200 a piece
This is assuming that it is a set of 4 -- not 5 (the spare)
I am not sure what the rims go for new -- the best thing is to call a dealer and ask. Then gauge your decision on that.
In short take what the dealer will charge for one rim then add $100 or $150 to that(for the tires) multiply it by 4 (or 5) and see how close it is to $1200 (If it where me I would offer $1000 but only if the spare was included)
