The fact that the CNG wouldn't be used has been known for over a year. It
was done for demonstration purposes only. DC loves to "show off" their
engineering skills. The new HEMI was to be the engine of choice. THe
latest we've gotten is the WHOLE project has been scrapped.
Give us more info, if you have it as this is one car I'd love to have.
