Alberta, Canada = $0.00. Well, it was back in '94. I did hear that they
were going to start inspections as Alberta ended up being the dumping ground
for all the old vehicles from the other provinces. When I lived there, I
couldn't believe how many "rust buckets" were on the road that would have
never been allowed anywhere else. It's about $100 Canadian in Ontario now,
but we also have to have an emissions check every 2 years for another
$30.00. They started doing this just this year. Yes, it's a good thing for
the environment but what a pain.
