Definetly, YES!!! I still collect a huge amount of bugs on the grille and
the front of the deflector, but the windshield stays much cleaner. You can
watch them shoot up over the cab from the air deflection. You really see
the airstream flow up over the cab in the winter when it snows. It doesn't
eiminate the bugs, but it sure helps a lot. I don't know how the newer body
style reacts with the deflector, but on my '96 it is very positive.

P.S. It also saves the front of the hood from stone chips.
