Well, you'll never relieve traction problems with "traction Bars" I don't
know why they call them that, their primary purpose is axle wrap, and if you
gain some traction from the bars, than its a bonus! The only thing that will
prevent wheel spin is more rubber or slicks, or more weight in the bed.

The ladder bar setup sounds cool, has anyone seen this on a Dak??

After reading such little instructions, I left only one inch of clearance
from the front rubber plug to the leaf spring. Of course, since these were
generic made for all trucks, I used a 3/4 inch by 3 inch piece of wood to
fill the back gap. I can still break traction with the tires.

How did you set up the traction bars Steven?? are they all the way forward
or all the way to the back?/ I pushed mine forward, the snubber is almost
under the front leaf spring mount, and I spaced the snubber with a washer so
that it is nearly touching the leaf spring. Absolutely NO wheel hop anymore!
Hmmmm, I wonder what the difference is?? You have the auto right??
Shouldn't matter, I don't think?
Ask Terry Herrin about his cal-trac bars, they are way cool, I was drooling
all over those things at the DML meet, there were some pictures of them on
the net somewhere?
maybe Terry has a picture of them?

Not! I am receiving no results from the traction bars and wondering if it
was better to go with the Traction Bars. I wondering if the sway bars is the
counterforce to the traction bars?

They are suppose to keep the leaf springs from separating when the axle
starts to wrap up (wheel hop) but they didn't do anything for my truck. Some
folks on the list have had good success with them. I just have never taken
them off, just lazy!
You want them? hee hee!!
