Almost forgot the last part:
They make the T'Stats in 160, 170, 180, 190 and 200 flavors.
The 160 is remnant of the good old days, the 170 is very rare (if they even
make them anymore), and 180 is sometimes considered a "Performance" T-Stat,
and the 190 and 200 T'Stats are stock replacements.
You can run the engine colder but as in most cases...too much isn't always
good. The 180 is the all around "Cooler" T'Stat to use on most any vehicle.
