Same here but it also saves the transmission. It is a extra strain running
against the breaks. I read a article some place about line locks and pros and
cons and the article stated that especially if you have a chrysler auto
transmission do not hold the brakes to do a burn out especially if you have
any type of anti-lock brakes and DO NOT shift gears while doing a burn out as
it could be a tragic disaster to the tranny. I have a line lock and it works
out very well.
