Page 56 in the August 2000 Mopar Action magazine:
"Next trick: Ya know that $5-a-quart FULL RACE tranny juice they sell?
Yeah? Well, "Type F" fluid is just as good. It's higher coefficient of
friction firms up shifts, reduces slippage, and increases life. And you can
read those Wally-Mart prices? Yup. $1.14 a quart."
That's what we used years ago in ALL Mopar, GM, and Ford trannies on a
rebuild. Never failed either...and it's still cheaper than B&M "Trick
Shift" ATF or any of the others.
