I haven't done this, (mine came with 5 luggers) but here is what I would
try. Go find a wrecked premag and get the spindles off of it. You can't
use you own spindles because they changed the way the brakes go on the
spindles when they went to 6 lugs. See if you can get the disk brakes and
everything. That should convert the front just fine (and no too
diificult). To convert the back, go back to the same premag and pull the
axle shafts. As far as I know, they rear ends have the same gears and
stuff, so the axles should swap. If thety don't, you could just re-drill
=)
I don't know for definitely if this will work, but it should (I don't see
why not)
