I've got a 97 and my bumper is peeling. Has been painted twice already.
Was peeling when I bought it, so I made dealership paint it. Then started
peeling again and I made dealership pay and I took it to a bodyshop that I
trust and had them paint it. Now it's peeling for the third time and I just
said to hell with it, cuz I'm building a bumper replacement grill guard
anyways.
