   Nope, I'm sorry to say it can't be done. The maximum recommended
overbore for the 318 is .040". In order to get to 360 cubes, you'd have
to remove a full .51" of material. (You'd need a bore of about 4.42" due
to the 318's shorter stroke. Even the 360 only has a bore of 4.00".)
You could get it there by stroking it of course, but unless you can get
the parts for next to nothing, you'd probably be better off going out
and buying a 360 to start with; maybe even a fresh crate motor.
