You guys are putting way to much stock in the whole 5 star thing. My dealership
is going through the process of becoming 5 star right now, and let me tell you...
it's all a crock of BS. It has nothing to do with how good dealership is, it's
how organized you are. Sure they look at CSI reports and everything, but that
doesn't hurt you very bad. It's mostly how many sales you have, how clean and
organized the dealership is, and how knowledeable your employees are. That's it.
