Cutting plastic bumper cover

I'm not even sure if the Dak's have a plastic bumper cover on the rear bumper cover or not, but...I need to open up the circular cutout for my larger exhaust tip on my Durango. Does anyone have any tips on how I can do this with a smooth cut. I think my Wizard (small 90 degree circular cutting tool, similar to a Drimel) will cut the plastic with no problems. I just want to make sure I cut the opening accurately, so that I don't have some f$#&ed up looking opening. Any suggestions?
