It's a little better than an lsd but my locker made a world of difference in
wet traction (well, all traction actually) for me. The only thing to watch out
for is when you really get on the gas and break both tires free the rear end
will really kick out on ya'. The first time this happens it's a bit exciting
but once used to it/expect it --it's just downright cool! I suspect an lsd
will yield comparable results.

Nothing needs to be done with the front diff. when adding a traction adding
device to the rear-end.

Tonight on my way home from the gym, I was fishtailing like mad on the
rain-slicked roads. I know part of the problem is the fine Goodyear
tires, but I'm curious how much an LSD would help in that situation.
Thoughts?

Also, if I get an LSD (for the rear, obviously), do I have to swap out
the front diff as well, to match?
