I have them on and the first thing that broke was the right sway bar arm to
the axle. The dealership asked what happen and why I had the traction bars
on. I explained, when DC can put on better tires for traction then I would
remove the traction arms. Looking at the opposite shock mounts, I
suggestion they need a Quadra shock mount to stop wheel hopping and twisting
axle. The design is not good for a truck with that much HP. Anyway, they
fixed it with no complaints.

Don't know how they compare to bars, but they took care of my wheel hop.
They are very well worth the effort, especially after wheel hop caused me to
buy a new axle :-( There is no detrimental effects from running them that I
am aware of, been running mine for about a year or so.

I can supply you with diagrams/measurements if you're interested in making
them yourself.
