They have to go under review by the respective states and be certified. In
the case of California it's the Calif. Air Resources Board. AirAid is out
of Arizona. I guess they don't worry about us Californians like Calif.
companies. If you get SMOG checked (in Calif) and you have other than stock
devices, SMOG stations may want to see the C.A.R.B. # for that specific item
or you won't pass.
