Subject: DML: Mechanical Ref Book needed-lbs to torque wheel bolts?

What is a good mechanical reference book for a novice
do it yourself mechanic?

For example, I want to rotate my tires and have the
cast aluminum wheels - To what Foot Pounds do I
torque the bolts? In the acrhives I've read numbers
between 85 to 100.

I would like to do other maintance projects but, I'd
like to have good instructions.

Thanks
