Ben
I went about 1.5". Don't go too high, you'll mess up your CV-joints if you
have too much angle. I measured two different ways. First I made sure the tire
preasure was the same in all tires. I measured from the ground to the bottom of the
fender flare on each side. (ON LEVEL GROUND) I marked the torsion bar bolts with white finger nail polish. I turned them the same number of times. I then measured again.
Even though I counted the same number of turns, the truck sat uneven. I then turned the driver's side up until it matched the passengers side.

Mike,
How much did you crank up your torsion bars? I have a 00 Quad Cab, with
no lift available on the market yet, I wanted to crank up the bars for a
little lift and to level out the truck as it is ass high.
