the best thing you can do to a 400 engine is throw
away the heads, and buy a 350 and combo the remaining
parts to make a decent stroker motor. just remember
the conversion factor 2 chivy motors = 1 decent motor.
want more proof? the best chivy small block comes from
a 283 block w/ 327 crank and heads.
