    Well I did it, W/o a new gasket or knowing what was in there I drained
the fluid and open the T-stat housing. I found the gasket is rubber and can
be reused :-) trimed the inner knotch on the gasket and installed the
Robertshaw Gen. 2 180 T-stat (part# GT755-180) w/ lifetime warranty. The runs
cooler. To early to tell about power but its, none for the worse.

   While getting dirty I changed to Mobil 1 in the eng & rear axle ( the rear
gear oil makes sh-t smell good :) once again still to early to tell buts runs
smother and cooler!
