As long as you don't have the tube (with an extension) up by the front
rubber flap, next to the radiator on the passenger side) you'll be fine. I
tried that once and notices two things:

(1) Bugs clog up K&N Filters rather quickly
(2) Mud and Water LOVE K&N Filters

Subject: DML: Quick D Intake, Ram Air, etc..

I was considering putting a Quick D intake, or a homebrew ram air style
onto my truck. But I do ALOT of 4 wheeling, through mud and deep water
and I got to thinking about it and this occured to me. Wouldn't both
styles suck water in like a madman in such situations? Any experiences
with them from you other offroaders?

Thanx,
