Well, by street rules yes you spanked him. The R/T has a govern set at 115mph
so anything that can go 116 and higher will beat them on a top end run. I
have a 99 RC R/T and have killed several but as soon as I hit that governor
it's all over and I have to switch to defense and block the runner. lol.
