The only differences between the 4.7 Hemi head from the 426 Hemi head (other
than the 426 head being larger than a Yugo!!) is that the 4.7 has the spark
plug off to the side a bit instead of in the center and there is a small flat
in the head where the spark plug enters the combustion chamber. It is
basically still a true Hemi head engine.
