Here is one that was quite interesting Sean:

                                    BACK TO CAR NEWS

                                    Best Concept (01/24/2000)
                                    AutoWeek

Until the Jaguar showed up a couple days
later, the
Hemi C was pretty much the talk of the
show,
                                    including among those officials from
Chrysler's
                                    competition-plenty of them said they
agreed with our
                                    picking it as Best Concept.
The easiest way to describe this car is
to call it a
                                    rear-drive 300M convertible. A 5.7-liter
pushrod V8
powers the car (and no, Chrysler
officials said it's not
                                    the Dodge division's upcoming Winston
Cup engine)
                                    developing 353 hp and 353 lb-ft of
torque. And, yes, it
                                    does have hemispherical combustion
chambers, so it
                                    is a true Hemi.
There's a MacPherson strut and an
aluminum five-link
coil-over shock setup in the rear, as
well as 14-inch
                                    ventilated discs front and rear.
Chrysler claims a
                                    5.9-second 0-to-60-mph time and a
160-mph top
                                    speed.
                                    The interior contains some Mercedes
overtones and
will seat four comfortably. There is the
obligatory
navigation system and a laptop computer
with Internet
access and e-mail. (It was as if there
was a law-all
vehicles must carry a laptop, a bicycle
or both.)
Word on the show floor had the Hemi C
built on the
Charger platform, a car destined for
production. That
led folks to believe-and hope-that while
this Hemi C is
a concept today, it will be real
tomorrow.

Where exactly did you get the figure of 327 hp for the HO 4.7L? I have not
heard of any concrete information on the engine... The CNG version in the
charger concept put out 325 horse and the Jeepster concept had a gas HO 4.7
with 275 hp. I expect an HO version to have the same 1 hp/cube ratio as the
5.7 hemi. Although the designs are not really the same (4.7 designed much
more economically than the 5.7 because the 5.7 can save gas by shutting down
half of the cylinders when under light load), it's likely the engineering
goal. Or perhaps the similar rated 275 hp jeepster HO will be it... 275,
287, 325, 327... i'm gonna be happy no matter what. I'd like to know your
source though...Mainly because i pride myself on keeping up on the new
engines and vehicles and i've never heard of actual output numbers for the
HO 4.7.
