The amount of time it takes will depend on your experience with
engines and your comfort level working with such a critical part of
the drivetrain. It took me a total of 11 hours to do the Crower
roller rocker install, spread out over two days. Bernd, my hat's off
to you on a two hour complete install. I spent more time than that
just adjusting the roller rockers.
