I've got a friend that Autocrosses a Viper in SCCA ASP. I believe he has
changed the gearing. He put slicks on it and took it to the drag strip.
It ripped one of the trailing arms right out of the car. Tons of damage to
the frame, suspension, and axle. He just kept it from to taking out the
christmas tree and the other car.
Expensive trip to the track....
