Hi Dester, If you are a mechanical person you could probably install the
leather, you would need to remove the cloth and install the leather the same
way the cloth came off, all the attachments are the same, you would need to
have some hogrings and hogring pliers. You should be able to get these at a
upholstery supply store.
The covers are leather with vinyl trim. We do not guarantee the covers
unless we install it. Yes, we can add logos for a small fee, probably
around $30. I will have to check on "group" rates for you. Hope this
