As far as I know a Five Star Rating is a bunch of paperwork that means nothing. I bought my truck at a 5 star and they really pissed me off. I wanted an R/T and they were the only place in the state that had them, I called anywhere within 450 miles. The salesman was a jerk, and they weren't very flexible with the price. So I took it in to have it detailed and have a few other things done. I told them the trans was slipping and they said it was just fine (I am taking it to a diff dealer tomorrow to get it fixed. But to really piss me off, they raked a 1/4 inch deep gash in my aluminum R/T wheels which I didn't discover until a few days later. They told me that I had had the truck for 4 days and they only had it for one. After lots of arguing and bs, they grabbed a wheel and new tire off of another truck and put it on. The service guys were pretty friendly, they just weren't honest. Five star sucks.
