Well internet transfer of data through servers and such isn't a linear
system that is the same every time. It all depends on how much load each
system the data has to go through has on it at the time.
You might get lucky once in a while and zap a message to the list and out to
everyone rather quick, and a reply might take longer... It's all about
load.
