It also could be a Exchange "Out of Office" reply or a .vacation message on
POP mail.
Either way, it's annoying.

Officevision Away messaging. Every time he receives a msg DML or otherwise
he sends a notification that he's gone for the day, week, month, etc.
unfortunately because he's a DML subscriber he's going to get a lot of msgs
and we're going to get a lot of notifications <sigh>
