The third cat was installed to pass the stringent CA smog. Other who don't
follow the CA smog control levels follow the federal level. The two cats
should pass.

Chris, try the emissions w/o it. I dont think they will pick it up at
inspection. If they do then just put the cat back on. I dont think they
will
be nazi about it. Capitol Dragway is close by, but Cecil is faster! C'mon
