The drain putlet for the AC box is plugged............

Look on the firewall under the hood, passenger side............A rubber hose
that points to the ground...........Its got smutz or something clogging it
up.............guaranteed that when you unclog it about a quart of water
will pur out...........

Also, depending on how long the water has been in there, you MAY have
problems with your heater core......I did........it rotted out.............
