You can keep your existing system, and machine the intake for
a second set of injectors. The TEC-II software allows tuning on the
fly. I was doing last night on a 402 BB chebbie. You can apply
changes on the fly, then watch inputs to see if you achieve the desired
results. You can set it up as a separate system, with its own
dedicated MAP & O2 sensors. You can then tap into the dissy or coil
pulses with a resistor & transistor to produce an RPM signal, then
zero out the fuel until positive manifold pressure is detected.

inputs..
With a 2 bar sensor, you can meter up to 15 psi , with a 3
bar sensor, you can program for up to 30 PSI of boost<grin>..
I have used both with great success.. (25 psi & no eploded engine).
Bothe sensors use a 0-5v feedback. True it is not a plug-n-play,
but with a good laptop for tuning, it is very doable. MAP systems
are great when it comes to boosted applications.
