Help please!

I am doing some work on my engine (cam, heads, intake) and after
disassembling the engine, I noticed that there is a wire going to the EGR
valve. As I am installing an M-1 intake, and since my truck has not been
emissions legal in a long time, I am removing the EGR valve.

My question is for anyone who has already done one, what do I do with the
EGR valve?
