I had mine done by Rhino Linings with over the rail and color match
the over the rail was 100 dollars extra and so was the color match.
btw: I would not recommend the color match it will fade and not match the
original body color.

Subject: Re: DML: Spray-in Bedliners and Drainage
Get the guy to spray around the tie-down slots in the bottom of the bed, and
just leave out the rubber plugs. You can see right through to the ground
when you do this, so drainage is no problem. You might have to pluck some
leaves out every once in a while, but it's no biggie.
Those 3 small slots didn't get completely sealed with my spray-in, but
there's definitely not much water getting through there anymore.
And i would recommend getting the over-the-rail sprayed on both the bed
rails and tailgate. You can still attach a cap, or tonneau with these areas
sprayed, and it prevents any little dings and dents when you're throwing
things over the sides. Plus, if you've got people sitting in the back, they
are less likely to slide off the sides. :)
