when you say the oil preasure is up and down are you
useing the gauge on the dase or a analog (dial) gauge
i had the preasure all over the gauge in my V6 so i
hooked up a non electric gauge and found that the
preasure was good , the sensor was going bad , locate
the sensor and see if it is any trace of oil around
the base or where it goes in the block if so head to
the Mopar parts counter and spend the $30 for your
piece of mind
