I wonder if the clear sticker paper from a place like Kinko's copy center
would work? Maybe if you put the designs on a disk and took it to them, they
could work some copy center majik on it....hehe.
The lady at the local copy center is pretty helpful and creative.

:You CAN try one other way (I have had moderate success) Go to your
:stationary store, buy some tracing paper. Design the decals in full size
and
:print them in minature using your favorite graphics program onto the
tracing
:paper. Use an exacto knife to cut them out and some clear-drying model glue
:to apply them. The clear glue makes the background almost completely
:translucent and the decal show pretty well. A little experimentation will
:get you just the right effect. A little clear laquer over the top should
