That's odd. On GenIIIs (that I've seen so far), the Mopar tow hooks
hang BELOW the fascia, not through it. The Adam Blaster ('00 SLT)is
slightly different - but he had non-Mopar hooks mounted custom on his
framerails, which neccessitated cutting slots in his fascia.
