The new case isnt as bad as you all think. Basically the switch leads to
a motor that pulls the lever for you. No computer or solenoids or wierd
wiring. And we test these systems over and over agin...out on the
road....and our backyard off-road test track. Like I said before you
wil be pleasantly surprised. As far as the jeep goes I have heard that
they were considering the solid axles ...but decided that it was too
expensive and not cost worthy enough for the wrangler....may be in the
Grand Cherokee. As far as what I do know for the new wrangler........
4 to 1 transfer case
Brand new case the engineers are working on is for a 4 to 1 case.....that
may make buying a new wrangler worth while.
