Sounds like something I could design in a short time. I do hydraulic
design for a living and pneumatics is no different. Actually it's easier
since the pressures are much much less.

It would be lots easier if you wanted just two separate controls with one
for front and one for rear instead of four because with four you would end
up needing a system to level things off in four directions.

What I will say about the price is that my dad just yesterday got a quote
for rear air bags and no compressor installed for $340
